On the website www.fellyscollin.com, FELLYS COLLIN offers the User the method of payment via PayPal and the following methods of payment via IfthenPay, Lda:

Credit and Debit Card;
ATM reference;
MBWAY

In case of payment by credit card, the debit will be made from the User’s card immediately after confirmation of shipment of goods. If some of the products ordered are out of stock, the value of these will be credited to the User’s card after the order is closed.
After you have made the transfer, please send proof of payment to the e-mail info@fellyscollin.pt.
Your order is only valid after receipt of the receipt.

To create your account, you must go to the “my account” area in the upper right corner of the start menu and select “login”. Then click on the “create account” button. You will need to enter your first name, last name and email address, as well as set your password. You will automatically receive an e-mail with a link to confirm the account you have created. You must click on this link to complete the account creation, and you will be registered with our online store.

If you do not remember your password, when logging in click on the “Forgot my password” message. In the “Email Address” field that appears, enter your email address associated with the account. You will then receive a link from which you can set a new password.

After you request a purchase through the site, you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mailbox.

No. You can place an order without registering, just fill in your billing and shipping information. However, by registering in the store you can receive our newsletters, track the status of your orders, and receive other exclusive offers for registered members.

– Choose the product you want to purchase;
– Select the size you want (you can consult our Size Guide);
– Select the color;
– Select the pattern;
– Click on “Buy” to add the product to your shopping cart;
– You can continue shopping for more models. You can check the products in your shopping cart by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner of your screen;
– To finalize the purchase you must fill in the requested fields and proceed to pay, by the chosen method;
– After the payment is successfully completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Confirm spam if you do not receive it.

The process of cancellation or return is handled on a case by case basis by FELLYS COLLIN. The request must be sent in writing by completing the return form to the contact e-mail address info@fellyscollin.com within 14 days of ordering, and the instructions for cancellation or return of the goods will be answered and defined by FELLYS COLLIN by the same means of communication.
Whenever possible the return should be made by the same method of payment, but if this is not possible, the user must provide proof of payment and ownership of account or card to make the return by Bank Transfer.
FELLYS COLLIN undertakes to reimburse the user within 14 working days.
Returned products must be in saleable condition, i.e. in exactly the same condition as they arrived in the hands of the user, without any anomaly or damage.
If the value resulting from the exchange of products of an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the same, the conditions of adjustment will be indicated by FELLYS COLLIN.
